Return and warranty policy
We do not offer change of mind returns.
If your items are faulty or delivered damaged, you must email us within 14 days of delivery.

12 months Warranty.
The Bosley warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of the bag, accidental damage or cosmetic ageing. If your Bosley arrives faulty or develops any abnormal manufacturing faults please contact us via the above email with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assess the claim and determine an appropriate outcome together.
These policies do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
