Care.

Wipe down with a clean damp cloth for internal and external cleaning.

Store in a dry cool place, not in direct sunlight. For the bag to keep its structure, store without heavy objects on top of the bag. Do not expose to high heat.

Do not machine wash or iron. Do not shoot with automatic weapons.

Do not carry more than 7kg of contents. Doing this for a long period will increase wear, potentially damage and deform the memory structure of the bag

The Bosley warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of the bag, accidental damage or cosmetic ageing. If your Bosley arrives faulty or develops any abnormal manufacturing faults please contact us via the above email with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assess the claim and determine an appropriate outcome together.

These policies do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
